The Reliable Street journey is underway. We are currently beginning renovations for Phase 1 of development. Cleaning, painting, and other minor, yet major tasks are open for volunteers. Sign up on our email list for current opportunities and updates.

PHASE 1

Phase 1 of the project includes:

July 1^st: Visual Art Opening in The Love Club

January 1^st: Lockwood Cafe Opening

February 1^st: The Brain Mill Workshop Opening

These features are to be housed in the 4,000 square foot main level of the warehouse. We envision several other upcoming facets to the first floor such as: bike/car repair shop, a tattoo parlor, classes, workshops, yoga, and a certified community kitchen.

PHASE 2

Phase 2 is renovating the second floor of the warehouse to a multi-purpose flat space. Here we imagine an old school gymnasium complete with a wood floor and stage to host events such as: roller derby, theater, skateboarding, concerts, dances, markets, weddings, parties, and visual arts.
